They also let us bring in champagne and food. 2 guests were put in the building on the opposite end from everyone else (even though they were one of the first to reserve their rooms) and another guest was not given the suites they reserved and had to squeeze a bunch of people into a fairly small room for the first night - it was mostly sorted out for the second night.
